To the extent permitted by applicable law, our commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Using equipment beyond the manufacturer's recommended weight capacity or safety limits.

Customers are responsible for following all relevant product instructions, safety guidelines, and recommended usage conditions.

These warranty terms do not exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights where such exclusions are prohibited.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery may take up to 7–14 days, depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

Delays may occur due to customs, shipping carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or high order volumes.

If delivery fails, Trailvora may offer a replacement or refund where applicable, without limiting the customer's statutory rights.
